(Terms 1st to 25th Standard Terms applicable on all services/projects)

Welcome to Aseman.af, a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace built for Afghanistan. By using our platform, services, or applications, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aseman.af, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Aseman.af reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates our terms or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

3. Vendor Terms

If you are a vendor:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and inventory.

  • All products must comply with Afghan laws and regulations.

  • Vendors must ensure timely delivery and honest communication with customers.

  • Aseman.af reserves the right to de-list products or suspend vendor accounts for violating policies or receiving repeated complaints.

4. Product Listings & Content

  • Users and vendors must not upload false, misleading, illegal, or offensive content.

  • Aseman.af retains the right to remove any content that violates community standards or applicable laws.

  • We may promote vendor content on social media, newsletters, or advertisements for marketing purposes.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Aseman.af facilitates payments between customers and vendors.

  • Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, mobile money, or future digital wallets.

  • Aseman.af may charge service or transaction fees, which will be communicated clearly before use.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors are solely responsible for managing the shipping and delivery of their products to customers.

  • Aseman.af acts as a digital marketplace and does not handle or guarantee shipping or delivery services at this time.

  • Vendors must clearly state their delivery options, estimated delivery times, and any associated shipping fees on their product listings.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor-specific shipping details before purchasing.

  • Any disputes related to delivery, delays, or non-receipt of goods must be resolved between the buyer and the seller directly, though Aseman.af may assist in dispute mediation where necessary.

  • Vendors are encouraged to provide tracking information (if available) and maintain timely, honest communication with their buyers.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Refund and return policies are determined by individual vendors and must be clearly stated on each product page.

  • Aseman.af will assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for transactions outside our dispute resolution process.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Aseman.af are the property of Aseman Technologies Ltd or licensed third parties.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the site without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior

  • Sell counterfeit or illegal goods

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

  • Disrupt the platform’s operations or security

10. Termination

Aseman.af reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or other harmful conduct.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aseman.af is provided "as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the platform’s security and availability, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or content accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aseman.af shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or services.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved amicably where possible.

  • If necessary, disputes shall be settled under Afghan law in the courts of Kabul, Afghanistan.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Note : In no event, Aseman shall be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these Web pages or website, even if Aseman has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Despite the best efforts of Aseman, errors in web page information may occur. At no time will Aseman be held responsible for accidentally including erroneous information, extending beyond correcting the error.

Should Aseman waive any of these terms on an individual basis, this shall not affect the validity of remaining clauses or commit Aseman to waive the same clause on any other occasion.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.

Aseman reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms or conditions at any time, but agreements signed prior to the updates in this agreement remains unaffected. Please feel free to contact us for more info/clarification about any of the terms and conditions mentioned above.
